Our legal services concern not only issues related to foreigners’ legalization of residence and work, but also their everyday functioning in Poland. We are ready to provide ongoing and comprehensive legal services to companies managed by foreigners, from assistance in setting up an individual business or a commercial law company, in particular a limited liability company, through day-to-day legal advice and corporate changes, to formal liquidation of the business. We create individual contracts dedicated to the needs of our clients, we represent them in court proceedings (civil, criminal) and administrative procedures. We also provide legal services in tax proceedings.

Our cooperation with clients who do not speak Polish is based on communication in English, although the exchange of information with us is also possible in other foreign languages. However, this requires prior arrangements to be made by e-mail correspondence.
